Rundown of few achievements during my short time as Alderman (2021 to 2023), despite being a lone voice:
1) Initiated and obtained Purple Heart designation for the city to recognize military personnel's service.

2) Discouraged and ended the practice of naming streets and parks after Aldermen or Mayors.
3) I exposed the questionable ordinance amendment occurring just before the Harmony Pointe apartment application. The minimum requirement for multi-dwelling construction was reduced from 5 acres to 3 acres, which coincidentally made the proposed location for Harmony Pointe (next to Frankie Martin's Garden), measuring 3.7 acres, feasible.
4) In the history of Cottleville, my timely single “NO” vote on above apartment project resulted in an unprecedented tie (one member was absent). Consequently (and after clear public opposition), the Harmony Pointe apartment was approved anyway exclusively by the mayor. PS: Couple years later, city revoked approval, leading to an "unconfirmed" out-of-court settlement (skipping the administrative law judge) or secretively heading in that direction.
5) I halted another apartment project (open space adjacent to Babylon) and proposed alternatives such as a specialty grocery store.
6) Assisted small businesses through engagement with local TV stations and social media.
